ABOUT ME

My name is Malan Messemore. I am an educator and graphic artist based in Dallas, TX. I grew up in a suburb of Dallas in a town named Rowlett. My focuses in art are drawing, tattoo design, and assisting marching arts programs with their graphic creations.

I am a director at the Mirage Performance Ensembles; overseeing both Ménage and Mirage. I started this organization in 2022 with my best friends, it has been so enjoyable to watch it grow from one ensemble, to two ensembles that both compete in the Independent World class at WGI.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015 with a Bachelors of Art with a focus in graphic design, film, and drawing.

I have been educating within the marching arts community since 2012. I have been creating art for flags, floors, costumes, tarps, and props since 2017.

I hope to create something special with you for your program!
